Need a Rainy Movie?

Well, probably not. But one of my suggestions of what to do on a rainy day is to go to the movies. It started with The Ghostwriter where rain seemed to be one of the characters. (10 Things to Do on a Rainy Day and More Things to Do on a Rainy Day.)

Here are some other suggestions of movies I’ve enjoyed over the years – so they’re not in the theaters, but cozy up with the tv etc. These are trailers or clips, you’ll have to find the whole movie on your own. Or offer a suggestion.

Singing in the Rain (Duh.)

Forrest Gump (Where the rain goes up.)

Four Weddings and a Funeral (Okay, obligatory.)

Bridges of Madison County (I don’t remember it either. Also obligatory.)

Raising Arizona (Tried to find the rain scene, but it came with an ad.)

Garden State (Yes, rain. You think rain machine rain though.)

Cape Fear (The Robert Mitchum vs Gregory Peck version)

Key Largo (The rain is the point, er the problem intensified.)

African Queen (The rain is just one more problem.)

Now, I haven’t seen this one, but it is a duh.

Perfect Storm

Do you have a RAIN movie?
