Coastwalk. They take care of coastal trails and offer organized hikes etc. Email them at events@coastwalk.org for details. Some of this will/can have hills to climb.

Creek Stewards (sponsored by the City of Santa Rosa) help with restoration projects and general care of many of the creeks  and creekside paths in the city.

Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods promote the education, preservation and restoration of the Russian River and Sonoma Coast State parks.

Gaia Guided Hikes – Sugarloaf to Mt Tam.

LandPaths has preserves, conducts walks and provides educational opportunities.

Sonoma Land Trust acquires, develops and provides stewardship for land in Sonoma County.

    1. I always start at 10. Sometime they go to noon if there’s lots to talk about (ex: rural cemetery and historic neighborhood or specific plant exploration) but usually we’re done by 1130. If you come on a walk and need to leave by a certain time – let me know. – Lynn
